She is at the helm of promoting our properties, branding the business, and coordinating community outreach and events.
Phyllicia earned her bachelor of science in public relations with a minor in sociology from Illinois State University. Her background in project management, event coordination, development and marketing have also proven invaluable in building relationships with local businesses and organizations, ensuring all aspects of the initiatives she leads are executed with precision and care.
